Steven is our resident customer service extraordinaire! He is a true people person with a gift for building lasting relationships. His genuine love for connecting with others shines through in every conversation, making clients feel valued and cared for. While his primary role is customer service, Steven’s talents don’t stop there. He’s also pretty handy with a paintbrush. Whether he’s meeting a customer’s need or adding artistry to a project, Steven serves with joy, dedication, and a smile that reflects the love of Christ. His heart for people shines through in every interaction and we are more than blessed to have him as a part of our team!
Phillip Schmidt
Phillip has been painting professionally for over 5 years, bringing skill, precision, and care to every project. A self‑proclaimed “recovering perfectionist,” he pours his energy into making sure each detail meets his own high standards of excellence. His craftsmanship speaks for itself and you can trust that you’ll be more than satisfied with the finished product. Phillip is a great listener who values connection and loves building meaningful relationships with the people he serves. Most importantly, Phillip sees his work as a way to honor God. With every stroke, he strives to reflect integrity, excellence, and the love of Christ, making his painting not just a job, but a calling.
Kristen Schmidt
Kristen serves faithfully behind the scenes, making sure every detail comes together with care and intention. Though her main role is administration, she’s been known to pick up a paintbrush here and there and loves witnessing the transformation of each space she gets to play a part in. For Kristen, this work is more than just a job. It’s a way to serve others and glorify God. She finds joy in knowing that each project reflects not only craftsmanship and beauty, but also the love and character of Christ through the way it’s carried out.

Of course, our team wouldn’t be complete without our namesake, Cuzco. He’s truly the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet He is a perfect mix of cuddly, playful, and just the right amount of crazy thrown in. Cuzzy loves being part of the action, often joining our business meetings (though he usually snoozes through them).
